Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

A specific therapy that accelerates the brain’s ability to process traumatic memories and develop effective coping mechanisms.

Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy

A therapy that teaches how replacing distorted thoughts and beliefs with more accurate and realistic ones results in choosing healthier behaviors.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness practice includes both intention and attention to the present moment experience and adopting a non-judgmental focus on thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Meditation is a practice that helps promote relaxation, stress reduction, and an overall improved sense of wellbeing.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

A therapeutic approach that explores how feelings, emotions, and behaviors relate to early life experiences and how unconscious and conscious motivations affect our beliefs and behaviors.
